The Senior Support Analyst should take responsibility for providing Application Support Services for BCUS Applications and build Subject Mater Expertise for them. The Senior Support Analyst should be knowledgeable on Credit Card Domain and new technologies like Machine Learning/AI). We are looking for a strong learner who is able to build a learning culture in the team. The Senior Support Analyst should have a strong relationship with the software developers and ensure that application remains available, reliable and stable. Defining the software and infrastructure patterns toenable 24x7 application availability. What will you be doing? oYou will provide leadership and direction to the team, motivating and encouraging them to learn new technology/tools/processes oUse your understanding of DevOps concepts and working in a DevOps environment oEnsure delivery using your understanding of Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment practices oYour aptitude to learn tools/apps/processes/domains to quickly make an impact oCollaborate between Change, Run & Operations teams to gain efficiency oDrive productivity using your experience in working with multi-cultural global teams What we're looking for: oBachelor's Degree either in computer, information technology or similar streams oMore than 5 years of development experience in ETL tools like Datastage / Abinitio / Informatica oMore than 7 years of development or support experience in Scheduling tools like ControlM / Tivoli oMore than 3 years of development or support experience in Shell Scripting and SQL queries 90220832Salary Range: NAMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years
