Bayer U.S. LLC's Whippany, NJ, office seeks Manager, Project Management Process and Systems to administer our Product Supply Project Management systems & related processes. Will oversee & administer Supply Chain Project Management Systems and related Processes that support Commercialization such as Visibility & Prioritization Process, Risk Tracking, Project request & approval process.
The primary responsibilities of this role, Manager, Project Management Process and Systems, are:
? overseeing & administering Supply Chain Project Management Systems and related Processes that support Commercialization such as Visibility & Prioritization Process, Risk Tracking, Project request & approval process;
? being a Subject Matter Expert and Process Owner for Supply Chain Project Management systems and processes within the CH US organization;
? working closely with Process Owners from Global PLM, Global R&D, US Packaging services and US Master Data to provide cross-functional expertise and propose process changes/system improvements to align with best practices;
? implementing, maintaining & continuously improving the Project Management system for US business that support 400+ active projects and provide KPI and analytical support regarding resource utilization, cycle time and trend analysis that enables the Product Supply Leadership to make management decisions integral to achieving business objectives; and
? leading Product Supply projects as assigned including New Product Launches, product Reformulations, site transfers, bonus packs, primary & secondary packaging changes.
