Our client, a highly regarded recruitment business is looking for a Senior Vice President to assist the Director in facilitating on-going expansion plans.
The ideal applicants must have management experience in a recruitment business with a strong record of business development and ultimately experienced in driving long term and sustainable growth.
As a leader, you will be expected to not only grow your market but also expand your team s headcount over the coming year. Compensation will be considerable with potential earnings of over $1 million and equity in the long term.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to;
Leading and giving direction to a team of 15 consultants
Build your team from the hiring to the training stages
Grow existing client accounts
Bring new clients onboard
