SUMMARY: Utilize writing and creative skills to develop compelling presentations and multimedia content, and execute strategies to improve content quality and consistency of brand. Responsible for content marketing initiatives to drive traffic and engagement to increase brand awareness and consideration. ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, English or a related discipline. At least five (5) years of experience in web related marketing and development. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS: •      Excellent written and verbal communication skills •      Insurance industry / professional services experience •      Skilled in developing compelling and creative presentations using presentation software such as Power Point, Prezi, Adobe Spark, Canva, Google Slides, etc. •      Experience creating content for the web and growing a social media audience: skilled at understanding what audiences consume and how to create it •      Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment •      Ability to focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, education, and conversion •      Proficient in Microsoft Office •      Basic understanding of WordPress, Google Analytics, and top social channels •      Works well independently and collaboratively in a team environment ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •      Develop compelling and creative presentations primarily to educate and inform prospective clients and brokers •      Create, write, and manage content for multiple internal and external channels including but not limited to newsletters, news releases, blog posts, brochures and other marketing collateral, website and social media •      Uphold brand consistency and increase brand awareness •      Collaborate with other departments to help refine the brand story and work with Marketing team to plan content that aligns with Marketing strategy PRIORITIES: Work with Captive and Business Development Executives to produce engaging educational presentations that support the Marketing strategy; Working with Digital Marketing Manager, develop content for website and social media campaigns. * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
