The analyst will perform credit analysis, due diligence and review of documents, prepare client pitching materials, and manage the ongoing assessment of clients within the portfolio.

  • The analyst has primary analytical responsibility for a group of clients on behalf of the Bank
  • Build an expert knowledge in preparing and presenting credit and other requests (portfolio & customer profitability review and stress testing, structural and industry analysis, documentation, etc.) to decision-makers and internal stakeholders
  • Participation in client team meetings, including structuring of credits and engagement with the client, as necessary
  • Building relations and securing cooperation with relevant stakeholders and strategic partners
  • Keeping the head office organization informed about developments within credits and pending credit requests; timely completion of work and best practice sharing through the global organization
  • Ensuring that requests are in line with prevailing policies and limits

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting; Masters degree preferred
  • Knowledge: Intermediate understanding of Accounting and Finance; advanced Excel skills; strategic understanding of corporate structures & capitalization; familiarity with credit documentation
  • Minimum 3-7 years relevant credit experience, including complex credit and corporate structures, with industry experience strongly preferred
